Harrington features annual Australia Day Celebrations in January, A great Fun Day in early October, and the Carols by Candlelight in December!

January: HARRINGTON FESTIVAL

The Harrington Festival is an annual event held on 1st and 2nd January.  It’s the Harrington Event of the Year – both days are family fun days – join in this event in and around Harrington, on the river, by the sea. 
1st January – morning Markets along the River, afternoon musical entertainment  in Oxley Reserve, culminating with the Fireworks at 9pm. 
2nd January – various sporting activities; bowls, golf, sandcastle building competition – a great family fun day!
