1.  The Basic Listing

The basic listing is available free of charge to all businesses within the Harrington & Crowdy Head region.

    BASIC LISTING EXAMPLE:

The basic listing is placed on one of several pages as is appropriate for it's category (accommodation, services, real estate, etc.).  

GREAT OPTIONS FOR YOUR BASIC LISTING:   (MEMBERS ONLY)

EXTRA BASIC LISTINGS:  Members of the Harrington & Crowdy Head Chamber of Commerce may purchase additional basic listings on the pages of their choice.   $9 for Members Only 

OFF-SITE HYPERLINK:  Chamber Members may also buy a Live HyperLink which points to the Member's separately maintained website, but at an annual half-price rate!  $12 for Members (50% off) 

FOR OTHER LOCAL BUSINESSES:    (NON-MEMBERS)

 The Basic Listing is offered to all Harrington & Crowdy Head businesses free of charge as a service of your Chamber! 

If you'd like a live link to another website as part of your basic listing, it's $24/year, and $9/year for links to other listings on this website, 

2.  The Enhanced Listing

The Enhanced Listing includes two paragraphs of descriptive text, logos and photos, a banner heading and a contact section to really catch the eye of the customer. The Enhanced Listing can be wide or tall, and will fit in seamlessly on the page it appears.  

Throughout the HarringtonCrowdyHead.com website you'll notice several different sections (pages) which deal with various types of businesses, areas and activities. Your listings will be placed in areas appropriate to the listing content. 

ENHANCED LISTING EXAMPLE:

 Your Enhanced Listing will not be missed at just over a Quarter-A4 size, and placed strategically on a web page designed specifically to attract your customers! 

Limits For Enhanced Listings: 3 images (photos/logos), 150 words, and total listing area up to 200 Kilopixels (Kp) (same as above example).   On a standard 96dpi monitor at 800 x 600 resolution, this is about 15cm x 9cm.   There is a limit of one link to other websites. Ads will be periodically rotated (placed in different spots on the page) and redimensioned (changed to/from tall and wide) within their ranges (in positions related to their subject matter).

3.  The Full Page Listing

The Full-Page Listing is our premier listing type and is limited only by your imagination and a height of just over three A4 printed pages! 

You can include as many words and photographs as will fit on your deluxe Full-Page, with up to four links to other websites or your existing e-mail addresses provided at no extra cost.

 (555 pixels x ~3600 pixels or ~95cm)

With an allowed page width of 555 pixels, this is a generous 2 Megapixels of your own premium advertising space!

Providing Text:

If you have an existing brochure or promotional text in a magazine or other publication, you may wish to use that as a basis for your deluxe online full-page listing!

We have no problems taking whatever material you have and putting something together for you to view -- you can watch your page being built online, or we can fax you a draft when needed for you to look at and make any needed changes.  

Again, it would be appreciated if you could send text where possible via e-mail (just so there's a minimum of re-typing), but even sending by mail on diskette or CD is fine as well.   Of course, fax and regular post are also options.

The Photo Finish:

A picture paints a thousand words indeed, and if you have some good ones, they of course should be included!

If sending via e-mail, we'd prefer as big as possible (around the 500Kb to 1MB range) for the particularly good ones -- otherwise, smaller is fine too. 

If sending paper photographs via post or courier, we can generally scan and get them back to you the next day.

Also Included:

In addition to there being no restrictions on the number of words or the number of photographs per each Full-Sized page (within the 2 Megapixel size limit), the Full-Page Listing allows four hyperlinks to other websites or to your existing e-mail addresses.   

We should also make clear that there's a great special discount for Chamber Members on second and subsequent pages!*   

If you have more than one customer market to target, or more than one part of your business to advertise, why not use more than one page? Your second and subsequent Full-Sized Listings are all just $99 -- a savings of 50% over the full price!

*First Full-Page $139 for Chamber Members Only, and $99 for pages two through five.

Limits For Full Pages: No limit on the number of photographs or words within total listing area up to 2 Megapixels (about 95cm tall, or just over 3 printed A4 pages; 555 pixels x ~3600 pixels). Maximum 5 Full Pages per ABN for Chamber Members, 1 Full Page for non-Members. 

All Businesses who buy an Enhanced or Full-Page Listing will be provided with a FREE Hyperlink from their Basic Listings to their paid listing so your ad won't be missed!

Advertising Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions:

"The Chamber" is consisted of The Committee (officeholders) of the Harrington & Crowdy Head Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.  The Chamber is responsible for all editorial content (non-advertising text and photos) of the HarringtonCrowdyHead.com website.  

"Chamber Area" is a geographic region determined by the Chamber and as such will vary from time to time, but will always include Harrington, Crowdy Head, and all communities to the north and west of Harrington within the Manning Valley (Greater Taree City Council), from Diamond Head and John's River to Lansdowne, including Coopernook, Moorland, Stewart's River, Hannam Vale, et al. 

"Business" is determined by ABN, with a separate ABN constituting a separate business.  ABNs are requested for all advertising, and if not provided, advertiser will be limited to a single entry per listing type (i.e. one each Basic, Enhanced and Full-Page types may be purchased).   

All Advertising is accepted on The Chamber's Conditions, set out on this website, and on the Advertising Order Form brochure.  All advertising is subject to the approval of The Chamber who may reject any advertising without giving any reason therefore.

These Terms and Conditions will vary from time to time as set forth by The Chamber and this online listing may routinely amend any other printed terms and conditions, so it is important that you check online often for any changes.

Pricing:

All prices subject to change without notice, and all amounts will be invoiced in advance by the Chamber.  Businesses outside of the Chamber Area pay full price as listed.

Look and Feel Provisions:

All listings appearing on the HarringtonCrowdyHead.com website will maintain a similar look and feel.  The Harrington & Crowdy Head website themes and colours of sand and sea will prevail in the background of each listing, although of course your own established and unique branding, logos and styles will be used to reasonably reflect the "look and feel" of your own company and the aim of your advertising.   

Updating Your Advertisement:

Changes to your listing after the initial 10 days it's been online will be charged to you directly at the rate of $27/hour by the HarringtonCrowdyHead.com website team.  This rate is subject to change, but you should note that most changes to text take no more than 10 minutes, and even placing extra photos or placing text you e-mail to us rarely takes more than a half hour.  All changes should be e-mailed where possible to , faxed on (02) 6556 5494, or sent to siteware, 8 Station Street, John's River, NSW 2443.  

Styles and Shapes:
